2012的最後一天，為了應付難搞的客人們，我忙到想吐....

但我卻為今天一組被同事們畫星星畫月亮做記號提醒大家遇上

要特別小心的客人，感動了～

並非這組客人突然轉性沒讓我經歷他威猛的震撼教育，而是，

我看到了他張牙舞爪背後是因為對他僅有的家人的愛，

雖然因為愛而產生自私或無理的行為並不完美，那仍是愛。

故事，有機會再說吧！我現在好累。
